Charlie set up 3-4 fronts together and expand all of them in 1 turn coz thats much better than setting up 1 front and waiting for it to expand before setting up the next.. So u expand faster and get more ingredients in locations still undiscovered... Ohhh and btw Pickup trick sellers rotate inventory every 1-2 months... So whenever they have delivery vans for sale just take your pickup trucks and sell them to buy more delivery vans.

I noticed as you were trying to change the number of workers, you did not unchecked the automatic assign workers box right above the workers assigned box. I bet if you unchecked the auto assign workers you will be able to change the number of workers at the particular job.

At 28:30 when you are trying to reduce the number of workers in the woodcutters lodge I noticed a checkbox called 'automatic worker assignment'. Maybe you have to uncheck it to manually set the workforce.

btw charlie a small ship can turn REALLY sharp. that 2 turn ya little boat did was because it was so small. the bigger a ship is the larger the turn is.
